What products do you sell?
We specialize in custom decorated sugar cookies in a variety of flavors. We also offer, DIY cookies (kits and paint your own), as well as custom calligraphy for events.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
All cookies are heat sealed in clear cellophane bags. Once heat sealed, decorated sugar cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks when stored at room temperature. When frozen, cookies will stay fresh for 3+ months. Follow instructions on your cookie care card to successfully freeze and thaw your cookies.
Do you offer allergen friendly cookies?
All cookie flavors are available in a “gluten friendly” option. We do not have dedicated equipment for gluten-free baking so there is always a chance of cross-contamination.
Vegan cookie options are not available at this time.

Do you deliver?
Delivery within CT is available for an added fee.
Delivery within CT is included for orders of $500 or more.
Do you ship?
No, the CT Cottage License does not permit us to ship cookies. You are welcome to pick up your cookies and ship them as a gift, though.
How do I order?
Go to the “Order Inquiry” page and fill out the order form. You will receive a response from Emily (me!) within 72 hours. Order dates are not reserved on our calendar until a $50 non-refundable deposit has been paid.
What happens if I have to cancel my order?
Deposits: The $50 non-refundable deposit is forfeited for any cancelled orders. If cancellation occurs with more than 3 weeks notice, you may apply the deposit as a one-time courtesy credit toward a future order.
Cancellations before final payments: Final payments are due 1 week prior to the order pickup date. If cancellation occurs before the final payment (8+ days), only the deposit is forfeited. See above note above about the deposit policy.
Cancellations after final payments: Once final payments are made, custom work has begun and orders are non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency, future credit may be offered at our discretion.
