What started as a creative escape while I was getting my Master’s degree in chemistry quickly turned into something I couldn't walk away from. I fell in love with the intersection of artistry and the science of baking — turning simple cookies into hand-decorated, edible works of art. After years of growing EmPeckable alongside a corporate career, I took the leap and made it my full-time focus.

Today, every order is made from scratch in small batches, with the kind of care and personal touch you can only get from a local cottage bakery.
